Providing you with convenience and peace of mind
Shuttle services at Birchwood had gone through a number years of transition and growth. We have grown to 7 vans, due to demand and increased service. Our shuttle fleet operates daily from Monday - to Friday 7:00 am to 6:00 pm, also for our customer’s convenience we also open on Saturday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Our qualified and friendly drivers work part time on a rotating shifts, 5 days on and 7 days off, three dispatchers rotate shifts throughout the week. We have an Early Bird shuttle that leaves at 7:15 from the GM facility every day of the week, 4 vans leave from all facilities at 8:00 am, and drive customers to work, home and shopping centres etc... and bring them back at the end of day back to the Auto Park.
The shuttle service operate all day long. We also offer services to our rural areas outside the perimeter such as Headingly, Stonewall, Oak Bluff, LaSalle, Sanford and more, from 9:30 or 10:00 am and pick up around 2:00 p.m. Our central shuttle office at Birchwood Auto Group receives all calls and requests from all facilities, customers etc...
In order for the shuttle services to operate smoothly and efficiently we installed two way radios for communications between main dispatch and drivers. We average from 2,600-3,000 trips per month (peak times) and our drivers put on an average of 2,500 km per week.

For the third year in a row, the Birchwood Automotive Group set a goal of 600 sales for December across all its dealerships and for the third year in a row, the staff responded successfully to the challenge. At the end of the day Dec. 31, total sales for December 2010, were 649 units.
