On-the-job Experiences

Partnership with Red River College and Tec-Voc High School Automotive Programs to provide work experience to students.  We also hire apprentice technicians and offer them a paid work experience toward their apprenticeship.

We continue to partner with the University of Manitoba – Asper School of Business, for over 22 years, to hire students for co-op program placements and summer internships to provide hands-on work experience.

Education

As a company, we provide as much on-the-job instruction as possible. As part of your employment obligation, you may be expected periodically to attend training courses after hours on your own time. The more knowledge we all obtain, the more rewarding it will be to our customers and us.

If training/development programs are held during working hours, the employees will be entitled to his/her regular pay.

The company will consider tuition reimbursement in part or in total for those Team Members who are taking education courses to improve themselves in their work. Therefore, if a Team Member takes courses which are approved beforehand by the company, at a recognized institution, he/she will be refunded a previously agreed upon amount of his/her tuition upon satisfactory completion and a passing mark has been given.
