The Human Resource Administrator reports directly to the Manager, Human Resource Services.
The Human Resource Administrator supports the Administrative Human Resources team, with efficiency and effectiveness being the key deliverables. The Human Resource Administrator will liaise with team members and managers to accomplish activities related to HR seasonal projects, according to the demands in the Human Resources department.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • File organization
  • Record Management
  • Data entry
  • Clerical and Reception Support

Essential Skills / Details

  • Computer literacy, including effective working skills of Windows, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with HRIS software is an asset
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role; equivalent combination of education and experience will be evaluated
  • Ability to maintain and preserve strict confidentiality
  • Ability to work effectively as a part of a team as well as independently
  • Proven ability to prioritize and multi-task with strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to determine customer needs, an understanding of customer service principles and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service (internally & externally)
  • Strong and well-developed communication skills (oral and written) and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships
  • Post-Secondary education is preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and vehicle
