Birchwood is looking for an Account Manager to join our growing media and marketing team. The Account Manager will be responsible for achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction by nurturing relationships, following-up on current projects and providing solutions to all clients’ needs. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills and works with a great sense of initiative. Working in a fast-paced environment, the Account Manager collaborates with the internal resources of the Marketing team to plan, organize, strategize, execute and measure marketing efforts by our group of dealerships.

Responsibilities

  • The Account Manager is the first point of contact with dealerships in the group
  • Providing insights and support to the Dealerships in all Marketing Strategies
  • Managing timelines to ensure that all assignments stay on track and on time
  • Analyzing data and making decisions generating excellent results

Essential Skills / Details

  • Proven record of building strong client relationships and understanding of agency processes
  • Experience in marketing execution and reporting on results
  • Ability to multitask and establish priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working in the Automotive Industry is an asset
  • Education in Marketing, Business Administration, Project Management or related studies is an asset
  • A commitment to continuous improvement and professional development
  • Comfortable leveraging technology for most day to day functions
  • Excellent time management skills with strong attention to detail
