Detail Lead

This position requires a highly trustworthy, reliable, and hard-working individual with strong leadership and detailing abilities. The Detail Lead will be responsible for overseeing and helping a team of detailers while tracking and improving quality through coaching and training. This role will also include the enforcement of facility rules and regulations, as well as overseeing process improvement and execution.

Essential Skills / Details

• A minimum of 1 year Detailing experience is required
• Leadership experience a strong asset
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to engage team members and create a high performing, team-oriented, and engaging working environment.
• Experience developing, reviewing, and continuously improving internal processes & procedures.
• Demonstrated ability in leading and managing project work and delegating project-based workloads.
• Strong relationship management skills built on negotiation, communication and team building.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, transportation to work, and the ability to drive a 5-speed are required.
