The Production Manager plays an integral role in Birchwood Reconditioning Centre achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction during the reconditioning process. The successful candidate will supervise a team of skilled Technicians, Apprentice and Detailers, focusing on ensuring maximum efficiency during production hours. Using the latest technology in the market, the chosen candidate controls shop flow, loading and reloading to assure timely completion of all repairs and seamless delivery to the customer. This position is a leadership role with the expectation that the chosen candidate will act as a mentor to the production team and will provide support to staff within the Birchwood Reconditioning Center.
