The Service Administrator plays an integral role in supporting the daily Service operations of the dealership in an effort to improve customer satisfaction and department efficiency. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the loaner fleet, valet appointments and the drive-through flow. In addition, ensuring the tire room is organized and managing e-mail requests for appointments and keeping the customer lounge according to our standards of cleanliness and organization are daily tasks for this role.
Shift Details: Monday-Friday from 7:30 AM-4:30 PM
