This is a 2-month term position. TSI Innovations develops and supports many different software solutions for Birchwood. Our software empowers our employees to maximize their effectiveness. We're a one-of-a-kind auto group with Birchwood investing heavily in software development. In order to grow our software offerings and capabilities, we need a strong customer-service oriented and process-driven individual to assist with administrative tasks and provide first-level support to our growing user base.
The Application Administrator is responsible for the administration of help desk functions, administration, documentation, and first-level support of all Dealer Management Systems in use by the Birchwood Automotive Group stores. The successful candidate will be working closely with our talented and skilled software developers to provide support to our internal stakeholders. No prior software development experience is necessary, this is an entry-level administrative and support role.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Development team
  • Receive requests through our online ticketing tool
  • Troubleshoot issues and granting permissions
  • Understand user feature requests and document processes
  • Sharing new features with our users

Shift details: Monday - Friday 8:00am-4:30pm

Essential Skills / Details

  • Proven customer service and communication skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and execute on urgent matters
  • Comfortable leveraging technology for most daily activities
  • Interest in application & software development
  • Valid driver's license, clean drivers abstract and own transportation to work are required as the location is not on a bus route
