The Assistant Service Manager is responsible for creating and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. This position oversees the Service Advisors and assists with daily operations including selling, follow up, and customer retention. Additionally, the Assistant Service Manager ensures productivity and continuous improvement goals are met for Technicians. This position offers an exciting opportunity for professional with service experience to take the next step in their careers. This position is better suited for professionals with excellent communication and customer service skills as well as the ability to maintain a high level of organization in an environment with multiple distractions. Valid driver's license and transportation to work are also required.
