The Internal Service Advisor plays an integral role in Birchwood achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction after the purchase of a vehicle. The Internal Service Advisor is responsible for efficient communication with the customer regarding accessories of his vehicle and maintaining relationship with suppliers. The successful candidate will be energetic, conscientious and focused on providing a customer-centric experience.

  • Valid driver’s license, clear drivers abstract and transportation to work required
