Team members who refer a Lot Attendant or Detailer will receive $500 upon hire. If the referral is in good standing after 1 year of employment an additional $500 will be rewarded.

Team Member Referral Bonus Structure

Lot Attendants & Detailers

Team members who refer a new hire, will receive:

$1,000 total

Team members who sent the referral will receive the first $500 upon their referral’s hire.

An additional $500 will be received if the referred team member is still in good standing and fully employed with Birchwood a year after their hiring date.

All Other Roles

Team members who refer a new hire, will receive:

$1,250 total

Team members who sent the referral will receive the first $500 upon their referral’s hire.

An additional $750 will be received if the referred team member is still in good standing and fully employed with Birchwood a year after their hiring date.

Red-Seal Technicians

Team members who refer a new hire, will receive:

$5,000 total

Team members who sent the referral will receive the first $2,500 upon their referral’s hire.

An additional $2,500 will be received if the referred team member is still in good standing and fully employed with Birchwood a year after their hiring date.
